Platform text fixes + stale $145 catalog price for Beyond Happiness (rental_id 2517633) Zombie Ice

Account: Zombie Ice Party Experiences, username zombieice (EventHawk-branded account). Website: zombieice.com (WordPress with the IO plugin).

We are requesting platform-side fixes for the items below. We have verified each one is not editable in any account-level field — we searched the Languages (English) phrase list, Page Templates, General Preferences, Online Quoting, Delivery Preferences, Optional Fields, and Analytics Tracking in IO, and the InflatableOffice Cart Settings and Analytics screens in WordPress.

1. Typo in the party-planner email prompt. It renders on zombieice.com inside the IO cart widget: "Provide an email address here to recieve our free party planner!" Please correct "recieve" to "receive". No account field contains this prompt text — Cart Settings exposes only the Party Planner enable checkbox and a destination URL.

2. Wrong-industry help text in the structure-height field. It renders in the IO measurement/delivery-area tool on zombieice.com: "If height does not apply to the wash, for instance for a gutter wash, leave this field empty." We are a foam and snow party experience company — "wash / gutter wash" is another industry's template text. Please replace it with neutral wording such as: "If height does not apply to your event setup, leave this field empty." No account field contains this paragraph.

3. Tracking pixel alt text. The image loaded from rental.software (include/iotracking.php) on zombieice.com pages carries the alt text "dynamic io trk code". Visitor tracking is automatic through the WordPress plugin and exposes no alt-text setting. Please set that alt text to empty in the platform output.

Context only — no action requested at this time: the cart calendar's hidden duration select still contains "Overnight" and "Multi-Day" option strings in the page source. Our "Allow Multi-Day" setting is No, the calendar method is "Single day only", and customers never see these options in the live flow. We flag it only so you are aware the strings remain in the emitted markup.

4. Stale $145 price in the website catalog for Beyond Happiness Experience (rental_id 2517633).

- The item's only price record is $195.00 flat ("regardless of how long they have it"), corrected on October 30, 2026. A live cart test that same day charged exactly $195.00.

- However, the IO Featured Products card rendered on zombieice.com shows "from $195 / $145", and on at least one city page the card headline reads a flat "from $145.00".

- We searched item prices, conditional pricing, promotions, advanced settings, accessories, categories, and Online Quoting: no $145 price, sale price, or compare-at price for this item exists in any editable field.

Please clear or re-sync the website catalog price data for rental_id 2517633 so the card displays only "from $195.00".
