The time picker is a huge issue and needs resolved ASAP. we have a lot of people that don't understand what's going on....and thats just those who call. Let alone people who just leave the site.
I have my default time set in io as 6p-8p. Yet when someone picks the start date, it automatically fills in the current time (rounded to the nearest 15 minutes) with no indication that they have to select "end date" before actually selecting the end date. A site visitor should be able to go in and select the start date on the first click and the end date on the second click, and then pick the time independently with the defaults set in IO prepopulated. It shouldn't matter what the current time it is.
