Credit Card Data Not Saving - Global Payments

Our recent transactions are not storing the credit card info.
We have tested with our personal cards and it saved.
I have checked the merchant services and Store Credentials is selected.
I cannot refund to the card without having to call the customer.
Currently most of our payments are processed by us, not online by the customer.

I have went through your payments and clicked on a handful from the past and the credit card info was saved on the lead. I guess I would need some examples.

You can verify w/ Global but it is most likely because these are prepaid or a visa or mastercard giftcard of some sort that cannot be recharged or credited back so they will not be saved in the system at all.
