Attachments Not Working

Need Answer

I'm trying to have customers send access photos directly to a lead- that part is fine.

The images however aren't working after being received into the system.

Relevant info:

- Customers email "attach@inflatableoffice.com" per the instructions by IO

- Lead number is in the subject

- Images are received into the lead but are broken

- Tried a second test with 3 images. 1 worked, the rest came through broken

- No return error messages are received to the sender
