Emojis with Coupon and Fee

I’m setting up my Delivery Pop-Up and want to use color emojis to help quickly identify their delivery window. The emojis display fine, but the fees tied to each delivery option stop working when I add them.
Is there a way to use both the emojis and the linked fees together? If not, is there another way to visually distinguish the delivery windows while keeping the fees working?
