Is there a way for a new booking to auto populate all the important fields automatically when booking an event for a repeat customer? I see that it will auto suggest name and venue, but I am looking for Tax Exempt information and the Location Code that has to be used to pay the State/Local sales taxes here in Illinois?

When you choose a customer who already has tax exempt info saved on their customer profile it should give you a prompt at the bottom of the page to see if you want to mark the lead as tax exempt as well and enters the id.
If your optional field is set for leads and customers this should also prefill as well
