What is the new prompt for event insurance? we have never seen that before & now it is asking all of my clients, however, I do not know what to tell them it is/what its for.

Is there any compensation for us allowing you selling our customers a product that we pay thousands and thousands of dollars to get to come to use our business in the first place between our own advertising and your services?

Hey Jesse, we understand you make the investments in attracting your customers, and this is a reasonable view that others have shared. There is currently no kickback on policies purchased, but our owner has put consideration into this. The unique relationship that IO has built with the provider and the time spent developing the integration gives customers convenient access to optional coverage. You aren't expected to sell the policy or advise on coverage or claims, and if you feel the optional coverage is not a good idea for your customers or business, then we suggest disabling the feature.
