On our staging contact form, quoteme.js logs “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘selectmenu’)” from initialize_rental_controls around line 1099. It occurs both inside the contact-page iframe and on the direct io_contactform page. Network requests show jQuery 3.7.1 and rental.software’s jQuery 1.12.4 loading. Please confirm the required jQuery UI dependencies and supported fix. We also see a Google Maps DrawingManager removal error.

Developers have confirmed: Your contact form is working, and you don't need to add jQuery UI or change anything on your site. The 'selectmenu' message comes from setup code our form script runs for a dropdown that's only on quote forms, so on the contact form it finds nothing and keeps going. The two jQuery versions are expected: our form uses its own copy, so adding jQuery UI to your site wouldn't change anything. The Google Maps 'DrawingManager' message is from our map measuring tool in your site footer, not the contact form. Google removed part of Maps that the tool used, and we're updating it on our side. Neither message affects your customers.
