has the contract been signed and that date populated?

give us some screen shots of teh lead in question because only the IO people can see the lead

Brittany was kind enough thios morning to take my call and point out the date contract was signed was missing on many. I still have trouble when customers change contracts editing them correctly. But the fact that there is missing info is just not as clear as it should be to find what is missing. Experience finally wins out.

it does show the missing item under rcvd when the contract isnt signed or the contract hasnt been sent under sent

with regards to sending an updated contract, always remember to pay attention to the warning bar at the bottomw when making changes it will move the status of contract to a new one so you can send an updated contract after the changes are made and then the sent and rcvd columns will update on the dashboard
