Template variable

I set up my waiver for when we drop off the units and go over the rules. I want the waiver to say the units they are renting, so I put in *rentalname*; however, when I go into the waiver, it is just showing *rentalname* and not giving the list they rented

You have to use the Rental Loop html code that is on the template variable sheet. Also, a signable doc may be a better option than a waiver.

You can find the rental loop in the Settings--Template Variables.

I tried *rentalname_linked*, which is in the rental loop, and it is still not working

I believe you have to have the rental loop code for them to show up and then you can put the loop variables in there. For example this should give you what you're looking for:

<div id="repeat_start_rentals"></div>

*rentalname*

<br />

<div id="repeat_end_rentals"></div>

If that's what you're doing and it's not working then it's above my paygrade.

Aron,

Please take a look and see if it's now showing the rentals correctly in the waiver template.

I dont see anything attached.

It is still not working. It does have the waiver back; however, it is taking out that line. See attached

This is great news. Thanks so much!!!

Is it possible to have my logo in the background of the waiver, and can we make the logo used for the header smaller on the waiver?

I'm checking with developers and will let you know when we have an update.

Hi, the changes have been applied.

I don't see any changes when I open a new waiver

Please take a look at the test lead created. Lead # 79699207. I have added the waiver to this lead. You can view it in the documents section of the lead.

I see it on that one. Could the background be the logo one on top of each other, going from the beginning to the end of the waiver?

Checking with the developers and will let you know if possible.

Hi, I've added that change to the template.

Thank you so much!

I set it up so that every time a waiver is signed, it should be emailed to the client; however, I ran 2 different tests, and it did not send the email

Do you have an automation created to do this? What are the leads that were tested on?

I turned it on by email center.

Lead #80173429

and #79231171 (I canceled this lead after it didn't work)
