our IO PHONE isnt working correctly

we are not getting the press 1 to answer the call prompt

we are unable to answer any calls

we have checked our IO Phone and no call is stuck in progress

all calls are hung up

I need some help :)

Developers are aware and working on a fix should be resolved shortly.
