Damage Waiver and Overnight Fee

Trying to add the Damage Waiver and an Overnight Fee. I have them both showing up on the "Event Details" page at checkout, but when checked they don't actually add the fee. Also, I don't have the ability to add it in the back end via optional fields when providing a quote for someone.

Also, on the damage waiver fee page, it won't let me check the boxes for WP Checkout or Quote Request. When I check them and save it, it just makes them blank again.
