Phone rings twice for every call

I've submitted a ticket for this before the last few weeks and I don't have an answer. But whenever we get a call from IO phone it rings we answer it or decline it and then immediately it keeps ringing to us again. It's very frustrating and I'm trying to find a solution for this. It acts like it's a second customer calling in but it's still the same exact call it doesn't matter if you decline it or if you answer it it comes back ringing within a few seconds

Dang, you think that's an IO phone issue? Mine is always when we don't answer, we just assume people think we will answer if they call the second time...Like i'm just checking to make sure it's important.
