error sending emails

Hello

One of my sales rep si not able to send email , He is working from home today.

See this new message when i test his email setting

not sure what to do with this

That typically means they have their password changed and havent updated it in IO

I would suggest first having them click 'revoke outlook permission' and then click grant outlook permission again. They may need to re enter their credentials.

It seams that when you go in IO from an other IP address, it messes the email settings ?

Is that preventable ?

I havent ever had that issue, i access from my office computer my home computer, my laptop when traveling and my phone and tablet which all have different ips..


does your email provider require your users to change their credentials frequently? if users are changing there passwords because they forgot them etc, that will have 100% effect on IO being able to access email


everytime they change it on the mail login info they will need to change it in IO
