Reopening Cancelled Orders

Hello - When an order is cancelled, and we are allowing them to use their deposit towards new date - how would you go about rescheduling this?

I opened up the cancelled order, I changed the status to Hold (because I want her to sign for new date) and emailed her to sign.

Now I go to my calendar view and the order is not on the calendar.

Do you guys open up cancelled orders and do this? Or should I just create a new lead and apply the store credit?

Weird it is not showing on calendar anywhere - but I did email support and looks like they fixed it buy the end of this messge!

Changing the date on the original lead is the best way to do it. Glad to hear it's on the calendar now. Most likely, you had the delivery window still set for the original date. That doesn't always update when you change the event date.
