urgent problem with scheduling

I added some new trucks to IO. I did not delete any. Now all my routes, stops and workers scheduled is undone. some 50 plus stops have to be redone and I can't remember the exact order. Shifts where already scheduled and notifications already sent. Is they're any way it can be redon?
