Default Time In Cart Wrong

Hello, my default time in cart is 7pm-7pm. people are saying they cant change it, can we please change this to 12pm-8pm and have someone check the backend to see if there is an issue? appears to work fine on desktop for me

I have a ticket open for our web developers to look into this as I see the cart is still showing 7p-7p. I will let you know once this is fixed.
