Using Workers App for loading

Our staff has started use the load list on the workers app and packing list status but what makes it pull the status
i set up the TEST STATUS and it pulled it but idk why
now i see some new info showing up on my packing list and would like to get where the info comes from and how to change the text etc
this one shows Load but it has deliver
this one shows test status and prepare same thing where does it come from etc

I know you stated you are using the app but I'm not seeing a packing list option on workers app. Are you using the worker site on mobile device? Was is the lead id for those packing list screenshots?

ok i got all the packing lists statuses figured out and updated to go along with our process
