Report not populating

Created a filter and report but when I access the report, nothing populates. When creating the filter is shows me the number of leads affected so there should be something in the report. Could you tell me WHY and assist me with fixing it as well? TIA

There are 4 in each category with FU for Follow Up in the title.

This was caused by a bug the developers were able to fix in the code.
