Hello Team,

I wanted to check if anyone on your team has been attempting to reset a password or access the login for our website.

No one on our team has requested a password reset, so I wanted to bring this to your attention as a precaution for security purposes.

I’ve attached screenshots of the emails our team at info@ontarioinflatables.com has been receiving for reference.

Could you please advise if your team has noticed any unusual or suspicious activity on your end, or if these password reset attempts may have been triggered by someone on your team?

I removed the additional WordPress user, since it had no content and had never been logged into. You should stop receiving those email snow.

Could you please advise who the additional WordPress user was? Was a name assigned to them?

It's a user we create for each website launched. In this case the name was 'ontarioinflatables.com'

That's correct. It had not been logged into, and had no content associated.
