Why would my filter results not correlate to the leads effected?

When I set my filter conditions, it looks good and responsive, but the results aren't what they say. It shows 49 leads affected but when I click to view the 49 leads only 5 leads are shown. Why would this be happening? I've toyed around with the date and got the leads affected to show different numbers but each time I open the number of leads affected it only shows 5 leads.

I think this filter just isn't configured correctly so it's not working as you'd expect. I added the name of the email it should be looking for and now it matches. You can switch out the name of the email if that's not the one you are looking for
