I'd like to create my own survey for team leads to fill per job. However, I would like to know if we can set up an alert to send the results to an email. I don't want to use the manager survey since I can't get rid of some of the questions.

You can set up your own survey....and have an email go out with it. Only way to view results would be on the leads page...to run the survey filters right now. (preset Has Survey/No Survey)

Any changes to this? IT WOULD BE AWESOME to have results similar to mangers reports, etc.

You can now build reports with the answers. I used to send the answers to clickup so that I could have one place for all the answers. But now that I can put the answers in a report. I just export them or view the report.

For your reports what variables are you using? My survey is called Pre Operation Inspection so based on the info above I should use the variables below but when I try to create a report they are not available.

Only results that refer to the "rentals" questions show up for the results on the reports. So if you were wanting more than this it's not available yet. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the suggestions for the report you will see these questions:
