Delivery only emails

Need Answer

Is there a way to have certain email templates sent to customers who are getting delivery versus customers who are picking up? I need a different email to be sent to each of these types of orders....

Yes this can be done with filters. You would need to create the filter and either create your own email template or use one that is pre built and add the filter to the email in the restrictions. If you need assistance with this please let us know.

yep, can you give a tutorial on how to set up the filter. A filter for an email to go to all orders once payment is made, a filter for the email to go to orders that are assigned delivery and delivery/set up and a filter for orders that are customer pick up

I have created these filters for you, they are named Delivery, Delivery/Set Up, and Customer Pick Up and Payment. For the Payment one it will start for any payments that are made after today, so that the email won't go out to previous customers that have paid, just create your emails and add these filters as shown in the above screenshot.
