Are there any deals running with the workers app right now? Are there any training videos that I can show my employees on how to work use it?

Can I add training videos to the workers app. For example if the guys are onsite setting up, can they open the workers app and find a training video on how to set up an item?

Yes—you can make training videos available to workers, but they’re added through the InflatableOffice back end, not directly in the Workers App.

  1. Go to Settings → Trainings.
  2. Click Add Training.
  3. Add a YouTube URL or use the built-in video/screencast recorder.
  4. Set the audience to Employee and choose the applicable workers or positions.
  5. Set the training to Published, then save.
  6. Workers can view it through the mobile training area or via a direct link.

If sharing a direct link, enable Allow link-only access. The Workers App does not currently have a dedicated native training-video feature.
