Contract Template - discount/fee lines

Is there anyway to set the contract and quote templates to automatically fill in anything that shows up here (something like the repeater code that is used for the rental units?):
The "extra 2 days travel" doesn't automatically show up right now, I had to manually add it. Not sure if possible, but thought I would check and save us some headaches manually adding each time

Adding a fees loop would also display any discounts. I have added this loop to your templates labeled Contract - With Disc Line. Are you wanting to display discounts on the quote page?
