Book date setting

our confirmed bookings are not setting a date for the book date under contract. Not sure what we may have changed but we need this to register when customers book. Any ideas?

I have a developer taking a look, I looked through some of them and this seems to be only happening when it's an admin created lead, the customer created lead are not doing this.

Developer has said that this is now working as expected.

I had a status setting randomly change on its own a week ago. Try this... Go to settings>Lead statuses. Then check your contracted and confirmed statuses to make sure this box is checked.

yes that was unchecked for me too but when I checked it it still isn't recognizing bookings on reports

It won't automatically add a book date to all of those leads. Change the status to quote, then move it to contracted/confirmed again. See if that sets a book date. If so, you're good going forward, but you'll need to manually set a book date on the other existing leads.
