Is there a way to prevent out of service area bookings by office staff? I have it set up already for online/auto booking prevention.
We had an office staff person collect a payment for an order 200 miles away.

They get alerted via the yellow bar across the bottom of the lead, sounds like they ignored this?

another way to make it very obvious would be to set up your distance charges
and then set some crazy rate in here like 100,000.00 so it will stand out like crazy to your staff
that way they if they by pass the warning bar it will still be a crazy number and make them go what happened
