how do i make it where a signed contract does not put a hold on my units?

only a paid deposits puts hold on them.

You could change your lead status setting for "Contracted" to not reserve equipment. The next status that would reserve equipment is Confirmed (deposit paid & contract signed).

To do this, go to Settings-->Lead Status-->Contracted, uncheck "Reserve Equipment for Leads in this Status" and save.

you have a couple ways, force the deposit on the contract before they can sign (is the best way) or you can change up your statuses


we found it way better to force deposit payment then allow signature

if you get a school or someone that doesnt pay deposits, just set the deposit amount required on teh lead to 0 dollars or 0 percent and then it will allow the client to sign without payment


change that setting here

settings/pages and templates/ contract page check the require payment first box
