How do we "Preset" a filter for an Worker [Module]

We have a filter set up for Angel1 but it's not showing up in her Search box as a preset filter. It only shows up in her report search box but not in her Lead search box as a preset filter. Please advise.

Just checking - did you make sure it's shared with them?

We did that and still not showing up. Could you check Angel’s account.

She doesn't have any permissions to filters at all..I believe you are going to at least give her "read only" access

Yup. Changed her permission to READ ONLY and now the filter shows up as a preset filter in her Search pull down. Thanks.

Issue resolved.
