Distance Charges not Calculating

I am manually entering a customer that is 82 miles away per the IO software. I have distance charges setup to charge per mile. The software is only calculating $13.xx in distance charges when I believe it should be closer to $200. My distance settings are attached and the quote that I put my own info into except for the address to test.

Hmmmmmm. Did you try hitting address issues on the venue? Or google maps and see what it's thinking?
The google maps button will get you a look at where it thinks everything is. Address issues will give you a chance for it to force a refresh and maybe clear the issue
One thing I noticed - the 61-80 line is redundant... because your mileage is set to 7 above.
