How do i reset my documents in document center back to default?? I edited wrong!

I edited my documents and deleted the %codes that were supposed to stay there for auto input. how do i reset documents back to default to start fresh again!? please help asap!

For the contract you would just need to add a new contract template, same for invoices. If your referring to anything in the page section, you would just need to select load in default template.
