New to IO. Do I need to set up a worker profile for myself? I am running into issues where a worker needs to be filled into an appropriate box, and there is nothing there, and I cannot insert myself.

Yes you will want to create a worker profile for yourself to be able to be added to shifts and scheduling.

do I now have 2 Logins? It will not let me use my already assigned Login from when I initially signed up.

You will have your admin login which you've been using thus far, then when you add yourself in the Settings--Workers you will create a separate one for your "worker profile" you will probably want to give yourself full permissions so you will be able to use the system with admin access on either login.
