Are you signing it a category?

Yes, maybe send us a screenshot of what you are trying to save? But normally it's because you forgot to add a category.

Thank you. I found out that I had the unit reserved and therefore could not change it (thank goodness). I figured it out when I scrolled down further at my reserved customers
