Volunteers on Inventory Vs contract

All of my inventory has 1 volunteer needed for person renting.
The contract for the above shows 0 needed that was sent to be signed.
the contract template seems to have the correct code to input but it is not showing correctly.

You will need to go to your Settings--Delivery Preferences and set it to automatically set the volunteers. please see screenshot.
