Our phone is not hanging up IO at the end of a call. Isn't it supposed to or do we have to rememebr to manually hit hangup to stop the call meter

Are you still having this issue? I went through the call log and didn't see any calls stuck in progress?

I will check today. The red Hangup stays on although the call has ended for both Chuck and me.
