Rentals Report - Mechanical Rides $

Hey Io,

Hope you're well! I have a rental report that we use to get insight into how much money each item on each event costs.

When I'm looking at the report, all of our mechanical rides are just showing "Mechanical Motor" with no revenue in the columns we set up. Is there any way to make sure that in this report its pulling the specific mechanical ride for each order? Is there a better way to run this report?

What filters do you have applied on the left sidebar? Or if you can send a full image of the whole page with report and filters so we can get the same view and troubleshoot further.

Hey Gabrielle.

No other filters in play here.

Should I add one? Or maybe the inventory is set up incorrectly? The way we run our mechanical rentals is we have a limited amount of mechanical motors that can work a couple of different mechanical rides (Bull,shark, etc.). Is that messing it up for this report?

Go ahead and re-run the report it was a double layered issue we fixed. The motor was at one time a rental and still had some accessory setting set so we fixed that and relinked the motor to the mechanical item. And the report was grouped by rental but individual lead information fields also being used and that doesn't work.
