How do I charge for incidentals when the payment information is not being stored in the system? I can send invoices, but am having trouble getting the customer to pay. Am I going to have to fight this out in court every time?

I have enable the required to save card button in your merchant services for square, now the customer will have to check to save the card unless they are paying by a pre paid card or google pay or after pay.
