No. Ive tested to see if it was customer issue. It's not that I'm Getting multiple of the same leads/contacts. It's that their message shows up 3 lines down on the event notes. Happens on every one of my contact forms.

Could it be the customer submitted the question and hit send twice? Sometimes we get multiple "contact requests" and they are blank

I just did a pop up coupon test where it auto fills those fields we have talked about and it doesnt put the 3 lines in.
it something that comes from the online web side interface that is creating those lines
