My business is an event venue located at one address. How do I delete the event address when people check out? Or perhaps I can put in a permanent address if that's not possible.

Also, if I ask the customer to pay 20% deposit upfront and they later change the dates and times, does the website have the ability to apply the 20% payment towards the new balance?

How do I add a field for requiring a deposit for incidentals? This is a separate deposit for if something happens to the piano because it's an expensive piano.

We can set a specific address for this and request to have the event address hidden on the check out

If you change anything on the event/lead the payment/deposit would still apply

Would this be a refundable deposit?

Are all your events going to be at the same venue? What is the address? It looks like you removed all delivery types? Do we need to also hide the delivery type from the check out page?

Under Settings-->Payment Preferences you can set your 20% deposit. This is the general deposit that would be 20% of the balance and not refundable.

Once you have your items added to the software that require additional deposits set up we can set up filters that add on "fees" that can act as refundable deposits. These will be added automatically to the leads/events but would have to be refunded manually

yes, all my events are at my venue address 8687 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90034. yes, please hide the delivery type from check out page.

Can you show me how to refund manually? I think I need another call with someone if possible. Thanks.

We've started on the checkout page changes and will let you know when that's done. It looks like you currently only have PayPal set up...you would have to do refunds through PayPal.
