Filtering attachments
We use the *attachment_images_list_html* variable on our workers appr cards to show attachments to our setup and delivery crews. The problem is it outputs everything, including signed agreements (files labeled like "...Party-on-Air-Agreement"), which we don't want crews to see.
We'd prefer an allowlist approach: only show attachments of certain types — for example Layout, Setup, Delivery, and job-site Photos — and automatically leave out everything else, including agreements/contracts.
A few questions:
1. Can attachments be assigned a category, type, or tag in InflatableOffice (e.g. Layout, Setup, Delivery, Photo, Agreement)?
2. If so, is there a merge variable or setting that lists attachments from only selected categories, rather than all attachments?
We can't filter this on our end — your card templates strip out , so we have no way to filter client-side. We're hoping there's a built-in way to control which attachment types appear.

The same question
We don't show the actual picture; we show the link. This allows them to open the image in a browser and then use pinch to zoom. You COULD create another optional field where you list those links (or attach the images). It would need to be a large text field with HTML enabled. You would just go to your attachment section, copy the link of the link address of the images you want them to see, and paste it in the new field.
Of course, this is in theory; I haven't tested how it would work on the app.
I should also mention that a checkbox that hides specific attachments in the app would be a better fix. Similar to the checkbox for accessories that hides items from the customer view.
