I completed an email to send to new employees and it contains a link to access General Information. Everytime a new employee clicks the link its message is thaat they have completed the training, although the information has not been made availablke to them. Somehow I created the document with a link that reflects my own completion of the material and thios keepsmothers from access.

How do I fix this?
