Making items unavailable
Answered
We do 1 day rentals, and rarely pick it up the same night, although we tell customers we usually do and if they’d like to keep it overnight they need to pay. However, I don’t want customers to know this. I want them to pay for 1 day and if they want it multiple days, they have to pay for it.
Backstory: If someone rents on Friday, we will usually pick up Saturday, unless the inflatable is rented for Saturday, in that case we pick up Friday night.
However, if a customer only pays for Friday, I hate that someone else can rent it on Saturday. We have enough inventory that we don’t want to be picking up inflatables one day to drop it off again the next. Is there any way to block off the inflatable the following day?

You could use recovery times on your inflatable.
In these settings, the importance of having a Recovery time is prevent back to back bookings. This can help with the rental items that need extra time for cleaning before renting the item(s) again. These are in HOUR increments.
