I had this trouble on my mobile a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm seeing it on my laptop. I am using a Mac & Safari. I have my alerts turned off on the CRM portion on my profile. However It's showing alerts.

Our developer is advising that you do a hard refresh on your browser and reload. Let us know if they still show after. HERE is an article that reviews clearing your cache further.
