Email alerts not coming through

We use to receive email alerts for quotes, auto bookings, payment received and contract signed. Seems today we aren’t getting any of them. I tested with a quote and got nothing.

I checked spam folder…. Nothing

I checked the alert center and it is showing all those emails as active.

We have our developers looking into this further and will advise when we have an update.
