Website reverted changes after several days

Hello - I made several changes to tiles on our inventory pages, made sure to publish the changes and after several days of the changes showing correctly everything has reverted and looks like I have not made any changes at all.

If you can give us some examples of changes you made we can have a web developer take a look and possibly see what happened
