Improvements to Payroll

Just some general improvements that would be amazing for efficiency:

• Allow on-the-spot sorting in the payroll report. Sort by date, position, or (default) by worker... would make auditing shifts much easier
• When clicking on a shift in the payroll report - PLEASE make it open in a new tab. If I forget to right click > open in new tab I have to re-select my date range. I still haven't built the habit...
• When downloading the final report to CSV (maybe this could be a selectable option for those who want the detail)... group by shift and hourly rate... If my guy ran 13 shifts that were all "Driver 1" and pay the same rate - just a total is fine: "Driver 1 | 41.35 hrs | 31.02 paid miles"
• Allow me to add shifts on the fly... if someone didn't clock in to an unscheduled shift (happens more than it should...) I cannot add them to the payroll register.... I have to go out, make a shift, and add them
• Mark days as "processed" in the date picker in payroll - see my past post about the details there

I would love to have a comprehensive review on the worker/payroll system... it has great features, but could certainly be better
