Cart empties when trying to check out?

As of just a day or so ago, whenever someone tries to book online the cart empties itself prior to going to the checkout page. Not sure what changed, as the only settings I've changed in the last few days was pricing on a few items.

I did reproduce the issue, but I'm not even sure where to start troubleshooting.

Both Cosmic Bounce House and Cosmic GellyBall. Cosmic Event Rentals seems to be working.
