Relationships - need to add table to some items, messing up quantity
Hello,
A few of our items require a 6' table to go with, but we only have a certain # of tables (which can also be rented out separately) we want a table to be removed from inventory when the item is booked.
I was just going to add the table as a child on the required items. I tested this out on 9 hole mini golf, but it changed the quantity (see second screenshot; system allowed me to add min golf on 65267199 even though we only have 1 mini golf and it was already booked on 61120521)
Am I doing this wrong? I need to remove the table from mini golf for now so our staff doesn't overbook the mini golf while I figure this out, but you can see how I set it up and how the mini golf quantity is reflecting the table quantitiy, not the mini golf quantitiy in the lead screenshots

I would recommend adding the table as a required accessory to the items that require it.
Adding a required amount of 1 will take the table out if the item it is linked to is rented. This is similar to setting it up in a relationship, but will also allow you to add it as a required accessory to multiple items. Relationships will not allow you to add the table as a requirement to multiple items.
You can set up the required accessory like this:
