Want to add some words at the top of the page on Signable documents

I would like to add some words to this statement at the top of my Delivery Confirmation document
I have searched the code and cannot find this statement in the code. What am I missing?

Settings>Document Centery>Pages>your default page group. Then in the search bar search inactive and select the preset.
