Have surface fee update individually when changing the surface of one item in a lead.

When in a lead, and the bulk of the items are one surface type but a couple might be different for example:
School orders several items and most are outside in the grass but they need to also set one up on the parking lot and one inside too, let us make the main surface type GRASS ALLOW STAKES, but then click on the item in the rental list and change that one items type to pavement, and then click on another item and change that one to indoors. When this happens, the system should then automatically add sandbags (surface fee) to the pavement one and the indoors one.
